I’m in love with this outfit. Love the color block, the color combo. Love love love.
With all the snow I guess loafers will have to be indoor footwear, or saved for next season. I’ll be wearing mine inside, it’s cold living on the ground floor and with a temperature showing minus 11 degrees Celsius outside I guess it is safe to say that winter has arrived. Wish you all a fab new week, stay warm!
Denim never goes out of style and if you have a denim dress, or any dress, you can still wear it as it gets cooler if you add a blouse underneath.
This denim vest dress is from Derek Lam.
The trendiest blouses have big bows attached, like this one from Vero Moda.
I’m crazy about handbags, I love them in all shapes and sizes and simply can’t get enough bags. I’m the same with necklaces, and then comes shoes. I’ve noticed that when I fall in love with a bag, more often than not, it comes from Marni.
I’d love to have a Marni bag, like this one in this set, but it is way out of my league.
But I get to play with them while making my sets, so I’m good.
All of a sudden the weather did a 180 and we have sunshine!!
I can’t believe it! It was about time though, but it’s a bit chilly in the shade. So I plan on staying clear of the shade and tip toe around in a pair of shorts and leaving the jacket at home. Are you paying attention to NYFW still? I fell in love with the clothes from Tome, and Prabal Gurung never disappoints. Click to view.
Here’s another look I styled for the contest ‘what would you wear to NYFW’.
I made two sets and I posted the other one yesterday, here, both sets were made while I thought the weather would be typically fall weather. Turns out it’s super hot in NY right now.
So far I really like what I’ve seen on the runway from Marissa Webb. Looks like a lot of the recent trends are continuing next spring with the bell sleeves, bare shoulders, ruffle layers, paperbag waists, asymmetrical items. While I didn’t like everything on the Concept Korea runway, so far it’s the show that excited me the most.
